A working captain or chief stew interviews the candidate, checks identity, certificates, English level, and guest-facing readiness. Verification badge assigned.

Yacht briefs an agent

Yacht describes the role, the programme, the urgency, and any owner-specific requirements. The right agent for the brief is assigned.

Agent shortlists

Capability + onboard fit scoring across the verified pool. Yacht receives a structured shortlist with fit reports — not just CVs.

Yacht decides

Compare side by side, interview, and hire. Agent stays in the loop until the placement holds.

Fit2Sea is a recruitment-support platform. We do not provide medical or psychiatric diagnosis, and we do not run unlawful screening. Sensitive topics like substance policies are handled as job-environment requirements set by the employer — never as profiling of crew.
